Ink jet printing

Ink jet printing besides office application is one of the fastest growing segments in the field of coating technologies. Since 2005 this technology was applied on ceramic layer printing by Deutsche Nanoschicht GmbH and its antecessor in cooperation with international research partners. Piezoelectric of electromagnetic print heads allow the processing of a large variety of metal-organic solutions / inks.

The advantages of this technology are obvious:

  • 100% yield: no loss in inks
  • Fast reaction time: printing frequencies up to 1000Hz
  • High reproducibility: 20 years of experience in office applications
  • Deposition of patterned structures: printing of filaments for low AC losses

This flexible deposition technology enables us, to print a large variety of different functional layers homogeneously and reproducibly.
